常見問題

忘記密碼

在登入頁按「忘記密碼？」，輸入登記電郵。重設連結會寄到你的電郵，如未收到請查看垃圾郵件。連結於 1 小時內有效。

管理或取消訂閱

iPhone：設定 → 你的名稱 → 訂閱 → Ube。
Android：Google Play → 個人資料圖示 → 付款和訂閱 → 訂閱 → Ube。

訂閱會自動續期，除非在當期結束前至少 24 小時取消。刪除應用程式不會取消訂閱。

換手機或重新安裝後恢復訂閱

以同一個 Apple ID 或 Google 帳戶登入，在應用程式的會員頁按「恢復購買」。

檢舉或封鎖會員

在對方的個人檔案或聊天室，按右上角「⋮」選單，選擇「檢舉用戶」或「封鎖用戶」。封鎖後對方將無法再聯絡你。我們會在 24 小時內處理檢舉。

刪除帳號

個人資料 → 右上角設定圖示 → 帳號操作 → 刪除帳號。詳見刪除帳號及資料。

安全提示

首次見面請選擇公眾地方，並告知親友行蹤。切勿向未見過面的人轉帳或提供財務資料。如對方有可疑行為，請即檢舉。

Frequently asked questions

Forgot your password

On the login screen tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your registered email. A reset link will be emailed to you; if it does not arrive, check your spam folder. The link is valid for 1 hour.

Manage or cancel a subscription

iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Ube.
Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Ube.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Restore a subscription on a new phone

Report or block a member

On the member's profile or in your chat with them, open the "⋮" menu at the top right and choose "Report User" or "Block User". Once blocked, they can no longer contact you. We handle reports within 24 hours.

Delete your account

Profile → settings icon at the top right → Account Actions → Delete Account. See Account and data deletion.

Safety tips

Meet in a public place the first time and tell a friend where you are going. Never send money or financial details to someone you have not met. Report anyone who behaves suspiciously.
