本頁說明如何刪除你的 Ube 帳號及相關資料。Ube 是由 Pulsix Limited（兆禛有限公司）於香港營運的交友應用程式。
在應用程式內刪除
- 開啟 Ube 並登入。
- 前往「個人資料」，按右上角的設定圖示。
- 向下捲動至「帳號操作」，按「刪除帳號」。
- 細閱確認訊息，然後確認刪除。
帳號會即時停用，其他會員將不會再看到你的個人檔案。
以電郵申請
如無法使用應用程式，請以帳號登記的電郵地址發送刪除要求至：
privacy@pulsixapps.com
請註明你的顯示名稱，方便我們找到帳號。我們處理後會以電郵回覆確認。
會刪除的資料
- 個人檔案（顯示名稱、自我介紹、年齡、性別、相片、偏好及生活資料）。
- 電郵地址及出生日期。
- 驗證相片（如有）。
- 訊息、配對、禮物及滑卡紀錄。
- 配對行為資料。
- 為應用程式功能而保存的購買及獎勵（Ube 點數）紀錄。
保留期
- 提出要求後，帳號即時停用。
- 停用後 90 日內，你可聯絡我們恢復帳號。
- 所有相關個人資料會在 90 日內永久刪除。
- 少量紀錄只會在法律、稅務或防止欺詐所需的情況下保留較長時間，之後同樣會被刪除。

This page explains how to delete your Ube account and the associated data. Ube is a dating app operated by Pulsix Limited in Hong Kong.
Delete in the app
- Open Ube and sign in.
- Go to Profile and tap the settings icon at the top right.
- Scroll down to Account Actions and tap Delete Account.
- Read the confirmation and confirm.
Your account is deactivated immediately and your profile is no longer shown to other members.
Request by email
If you cannot use the app, send a deletion request from the email address registered to your account to:
privacy@pulsixapps.com
Please include your display name so we can find the account. We will confirm by reply once it is done.
What is deleted
- Your profile (display name, bio, age, gender, photos, preferences and lifestyle details).
- Your email address and date of birth.
- Your verification photo, if any.
- Your messages, matches, gifts and swipe history.
- Your matching-activity data.
- Purchase and reward (Ube point) records kept for app functionality.
Retention
- The account is deactivated immediately on request.
- Within 90 days of deactivation you can contact us to restore it.
- All associated personal data is permanently deleted within 90 days.
- A small number of records may be kept longer only where legal, tax or fraud-prevention obligations require it, and are then deleted too.
