兒童安全標準

Ube 是只供 18 歲或以上成年人使用的交友應用程式。我們對兒童性虐待及剝削（CSAE）及兒童性虐待材料（CSAM）採取零容忍。

1. 年齡限制

Ube 只供 18 歲或以上人士使用，建立帳號時須確認已成年。
任何被發現屬於未滿 18 歲人士的帳號，會即時終止並刪除其資料。

2. 零容忍

我們嚴禁並會處理任何將兒童性化、剝削、危害或虐待兒童的內容、行為或材料，包括：

任何形式的兒童性虐待材料（CSAM）。
誘騙（grooming）、引誘或將未成年人性化。
任何利用本應用程式接觸、剝削或傷害未成年人的企圖。

相關內容會被移除，涉事帳號會被封禁，並會向有關當局舉報。

3. 應用程式內檢舉

用戶可在對方的個人檔案或聊天室，按右上角「⋮」選單選擇「檢舉用戶」，檢舉任何檔案、相片或訊息。
我們會在 24 小時內處理檢舉。
亦可按第 6 節的電郵直接向我們舉報兒童安全問題。

4. 我們的處理方式

當我們得悉 CSAE 或 CSAM，我們會：

移除相關內容，並按法律要求保存證據。
終止涉事帳號。
向有關當局舉報，包括美國國家失蹤及受剝削兒童中心（NCMEC）及／或香港警務處等執法機構（視乎適用情況）。

5. 遵守法律

我們遵守應用程式提供地區適用的兒童安全法律及規例。
我們與執法及兒童保護機構合作。

Child Safety Standards

Last updated: November 4, 2026. Ube is operated by Pulsix Limited in Hong Kong.

Ube is a dating app strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

1. Age restriction

Ube is available only to people aged 18 or over, and account creation requires confirming adult age.
Any account found to belong to a person under 18 is terminated immediately and its data deleted.

2. Zero tolerance

We prohibit, and act against, any content, conduct or material that sexualizes, exploits, endangers or abuses children, including:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
Grooming, solicitation or sexualization of minors.
Any attempt to use the app to contact, exploit or harm a minor.

Such content is removed, the accounts responsible are banned, and incidents are reported to the appropriate authorities.

3. In-app reporting

Users can report any profile, photo or message from the "⋮" menu at the top right of a member's profile or chat, by choosing "Report User".
We handle reports within 24 hours.
Child safety concerns can also be sent to us directly by email (see section 6).

4. Our response

When we become aware of CSAE or CSAM, we:

Remove the content and preserve evidence as required by law.
Terminate the offending accounts.
Report to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or law enforcement such as the Hong Kong Police Force, as applicable.

5. Legal compliance

We comply with the child safety laws and regulations that apply in the regions where the app is available.
We cooperate with law enforcement and child protection authorities.
